Cathay Century Insurance is the first property insurance company in Taiwan to self-comply a target Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI).
Since 2017, The Company has also regularly announced independent PSI disclosure report on an annual basis. 2020 Corporate Sustainability Report is the first Corporate Sustainability Report issued by Cathay Century Insurance, responding to the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) material issues the stakeholders concerned about.
Starting from 2022, we will integrate the independently issued PSI disclosure report with the CS Report. Going forward, we will issue CS Report annually, and to share our sustainable actions and results with all stakeholders through these Reports. Through the information disclosure in the Report, we also hope to promote bilateral communications by receiving feedback from stakeholders.
For the global insurance industry, PSI(Principles for Sustainable Insurance) is a guiding principle for managing the risks and opportunities associated with ESG issues such as Environmental, Social and Governance.
